One Shepherd and One Flock

One of most beautiful pictures for us is that of a united flock under one Shepherd.  It seems like we spend much of our time trying to be the lead sheep that we lose sight of the Shepherd Who is supposed to be leading us.  

Yet in John Chapter 10, we see that there is one Shepherd, and one flock.  Oh what an impact we could make if we would decide to put this into action… to see the body of Christ regularly coming together for fellowship, worship, and service together.  It is that picture that would really make an impact for the Kingdom both here and abroad.  

Lord, help us to instruments of change, to put You first, and to help be a part of bringing Your flock together, understanding that it is only with Your assistance that this is possible.
